Do patients need to download an app?
No. Patients open a secure link on their phone or computer. There’s nothing to install.
Can patients upload their ID and insurance card?
Yes. Patients take a photo of their ID and insurance card as part of the intake form.
Can you check insurance eligibility?
Yes, as an add-on. GrowPractice can check a patient’s insurance eligibility before the visit. Checks are usage-based, and payer coverage varies, so we’ll confirm your payers during the demo.
Do we have to build our own forms?
